Unlike most Rp's where you would normally start at the height of your powers. We decided to do things a little different around here. That way you will have something to possibly work towards and look forward to. I've Rp'd on quite a number of sites and have noticed your basically at your max from the start. So in order to avoid this, everyone will have to work towards becoming this powerful character that you want. For example the Captains such as myself, will have to work towards being on Shunshui/Ukitake's level or stronger. This means we're like Byakuya level in the beginning. I feel this will promote progress as far as character development is concerned.

It will be the same for the Arrancars too and other races. If you want to be number one, then you will have to earn it. Basically all your character have is the Potential for Greatness. It is entirely up to you to achieve greatness. In cases of the Arrancar, the Espada will have to constantly watch their back. If they don't train and earn their keep. Then it's only fair for a 4th to over take them, who is putting in the work. This is fair no?
